The secret lies in the fact that there are three different Arabica varieties inside - Catimor, Catuai and Caturra, which although grown in the same area on the El Pinavette estate, located in the Dipito region of Nicaragua at an altitude of 1,400 meters.

The different varieties of premium Arabica, even when grown on the same site, provide different flavor notes. In addition, the washing process enhances the acidity of the lime.
